Jugion 2022 Wizbanger camp

March 21nd Rose and I headed off for a trip South. We camped our first night near Cassillis.  

 Wizbangers group camp at Jugoin NSW .   

Jugion Recreational Grounds are on the Old Hume Hwy beside the Murrumbidgee river. 

We stayed 3 nights with a large group of over 50 campervans here.

The hotel is across the road. There is the swimming pool in front of the camp ground.

Local bushranger history involving bushrangers ambushing a coach carrying gold and police. Gilbert shot and killed a police man.

After a few days we hit the road for Oura Beach Reserve. We met Bronwyn there traveling on her own. 2 nights at Oura Beach,

I left Rose at camp for the day with Bronwyn and drove to visit Emma at Junee. I waited for her to finish work at Go Lo and then we went to the local club for lunch.

 

Stayed 1 night at Barmedman Mineral pool.

Into the National Park the long way via dirt road to check out Ben Halls cave

I wasn't up to the walk so missed out on seeing it.

1 night at Jemalong Weir about 20Ks out of Forbes 

We traveled part of the Sculpture trail and found this fantastic lizard
